Maritime Administration Seeks Public Comments on Request for Administrative Waiver of U.S.-Build Requirement for Vessel BLUE DUET

The Maritime Administration, on behalf of the Secretary of Transportation, is seeking public comments on a request for an administrative waiver of the U.S.-build requirement for the vessel BLUE DUET, which would allow for a non-U.S. built vessel to operate under the coastwise trade laws.
