EPA Proposes Approval of Kentucky's Emissions Statement Plan for Cincinnati Ozone Nonattainment Area

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a portion of Kentucky's draft state implementation plan, submitted on April 15, 2015, which addresses emissions statement requirements for the Cincinnati, OH-KY-IN 2008 8-hour ozone NAAQS nonattainment area. The plan covers Butler, Clermont, Clinton, Hamilton, and Warren Counties in Ohio, as well as portions of Boone, Campbell, and Kenton Counties in Kentucky, and a portion of Dearborn County in Indiana.
