U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to Host Scoping Meeting and Public Comment Period for Norfolk Harbor Channels Deepening Project

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is required to prepare an Environmental Assessment to evaluate potential environmental impacts from deepening the Norfolk Harbor Channels, as mandated by the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969. The public is invited to provide input on the project through a scoping meeting and public comment period.
