EPA Approves Texas State Implementation Plan Revision to Control VOC Emissions from Storage Tanks and Transport Vessels

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a Texas State Implementation Plan revision to control volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions from degassing of storage tanks, transport vessels, and marine vessels in several Texas counties, including the Beaumont-Port Arthur, Dallas-Fort Worth, El Paso, and Houston-Galveston-Brazoria nonattainment areas.
