Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board Proposes Changes to Municipal Securities Rules

The Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board has filed a proposed rule change to revise the effective date of Rule G-18, which governs best execution of transactions in municipal securities, and amendments to Rule G-48 and Rule D-15, which relate to transactions with sophisticated municipal market professionals.
