Privacy Act of 1974, Computer Matching Program-U.S. Small Business Administration and U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Federal Emergency Management Agency

The U.S. Small Business Administration plans to participate as a source agency in a computer matching program with and U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Federal Emergency Management Agency. The purpose of this agreement is to set forth the terms under which a computer matching program will be conducted. The matching program will ensure that applicants for SBA Disaster loans and DHS/FEMA Other Needs Assistance have not received a duplication of benefits for the same disaster. This will be accomplished by matching specific DHS/FEMA disaster, as established in the computer matching agreement.
