NASA to Grant Partially Exclusive License for ADS-B System

NASA is issuing a notice of intent to grant a partially exclusive license for its Automatic Dependent Surveillance Broadcast (ADS-B) System, as described in U.S. Patent Application Serial No. 13/178,661, to Vigilant Aerospace Systems Inc., a company based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
