EPA Approves New Hampshire's Air Quality Implementation Plan

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a revised State Implementation Plan (SIP) submitted by the State of New Hampshire, aligning its Prevention of Significant Deterioration (PSD) and Nonattainment New Source Review (NNSR) programs with federal requirements, and conditionally approves a commitment to submit revised regulations and updated permitting definitions.
