EPA Approves Revisions to California State Implementation Plan for Monterey Bay and Ventura County Air Pollution Control Districts

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has taken direct final action to approve revisions to the California State Implementation Plan (SIP) for the Monterey Bay Unified Air Pollution Control District (MBUAPCD) and the Ventura County Air Pollution Control District (VCAPCD), addressing volatile organic compound emissions from gasoline and liquefied petroleum gas transfers.
