Applied Materials to Receive Exclusive Patent License from US Department of the Army

The US Department of the Army has announced its intention to grant Applied Materials, a semiconductor technology company, an exclusive patent license for its semiconductor technology applications, including patents and patent applications related to piezoelectric devices and textured electrodes.
