Federal Salary Council to Meet on November 6, 2015

The Federal Salary Council, an advisory body composed of Federal employee organizations and labor relations experts, will meet on November 6, 2015, to discuss and make recommendations on the locality pay program for General Schedule employees, including pay comparison methods, locality pay rates, and areas for 2017.
