FAA Proposes Designation of Safety Information as Protected from Public Disclosure

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has proposed designating safety information submitted under the Federal Contract Tower Safety Action Program (SAFER-FCT) and Air Traffic Safety Action Program for Engineers & Architects as protected from public disclosure, in accordance with 14 CFR part 193.
