US Department of Commerce Preliminarily Finds Silicomanganese from Australia Sold at Less Than Fair Value

The US Department of Commerce has determined that silicomanganese imports from Australia are being sold in the US at a price lower than the market value, and has invited interested parties to comment on this finding, which is part of an ongoing investigation into the import of this material, which began on January 1, 2014, and is expected to conclude by December 31, 2014.
