Department of Transportation Seeks OMB Approval for New Information Collection Request for Nondiscrimination on the Basis of Disability in Air Travel

The Department of Transportation is requesting an additional 30 days of public comment on its proposed new information collection request for the Air Carrier Access Act, which aims to ensure nondiscrimination on the basis of disability in air travel, as part of its efforts to comply with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
