DoD Issues Final Rule for Electronic Contract Distribution and Data Verification

The Department of Defense (DoD) has issued a final rule to update the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), requiring the use of the Electronic Data Access system for distributing contracts and contract data, and implementing internal controls to ensure the accuracy of electronic contract documents.
