EPA Approves Delaware's Air Quality Implementation Plan for New Castle and Sussex Counties

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved the 2011 base year inventories for the 2008 8-hour ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standard (NAAQS) for New Castle and Sussex Counties, submitted by the State of Delaware as a revision to the Delaware State Implementation Plan (SIP). This approval is based on a noncontroversial submittal and does not anticipate any adverse comments.
