EPA Approves Delaware's 2011 Air Quality Inventories for 2008 Ozone Standard

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved the 2011 base year inventories for the 2008 8-hour ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standard (NAAQS) for New Castle and Sussex Counties, Delaware, to meet nonattainment requirements for marginal ozone nonattainment areas.
