HRSA Awards $171,691 to Expand Medical Home Implementation Program in Rural and Underserved Areas
The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) has announced its intention to award a $171,691 program expansion supplement to the National Center for Medical Home Implementation (NCMHI) cooperative agreement, which aims to implement the medical home model in all children and youth, especially those with special health care needs, in rural and underserved areas. The supplement will support the Rural IMPACT project, a partnership between the American Academy of Pediatrics and other organizations to improve child health in these communities.
