CFM International S.A. Proposes New Airworthiness Directive for CFM56-5B Turbofan Engines

CFM International S.A. is proposing a new airworthiness directive to require initial and repetitive inspections of certain parts on CFM56-5B turbofan engines to prevent engine failure and potential damage to the airplane.
