EPA Approves Pennsylvania's Air Quality Plan for Liberty-Clairton Nonattainment Area

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed to approve Pennsylvania's State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision for the Liberty-Clairton nonattainment area, which meets the statutory emissions inventory requirements for the 2006 24-hour fine particulate matter National Ambient Air Quality Standard (NAAQS).
