EPA Direct Final Rule to Revise Delisting Levels for John Deere's Hazardous Waste Exclusion

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has taken direct final action to revise delisting levels for John Deere's hazardous waste exclusion, allowing up to 600 tons per year of wastewater treatment sludge to be excluded from the list of hazardous wastes, effective immediately.
