EPA Proposes Revisions to California State Implementation Plan for Antelope Valley Air Quality Management District

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve revisions to the Antelope Valley Air Quality Management District (AVAQMD) portion of the California State Implementation Plan (SIP) to regulate volatile organic compound emissions from graphic arts facilities and aerospace assembly and component manufacturing operations, and to rescind two outdated rules.
