EPA Approves Revisions to California Air Quality Plan for Antelope Valley

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized changes to the Antelope Valley Air Quality Management District's portion of the California State Implementation Plan, focusing on reducing volatile organic compound emissions from graphic arts facilities and aerospace operations, in compliance with the Clean Air Act.
