EDGA Exchange, Inc. Proposes Rule Change to Address Clearly Erroneous Executions

EDGA Exchange, Inc. has filed a proposed rule change with the SEC to amend Rule 11.15, which deals with clearly erroneous executions in trading, and the rule change is effective immediately.
