EPA Approves Texas State Implementation Plan Revisions for Portable Facilities

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved revisions to the Texas State Implementation Plan (SIP) submitted by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) in 2010, which update the minor New Source Review (NSR) program to accommodate changes in portable facility locations and public participation requirements.
