EPA Proposes Approval of Maryland's Air Quality Plan for Automobile and Truck Assembly Coatings

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a State Implementation Plan revision submitted by the State of Maryland, which pertains to negative declarations for the Automobile and Light-Duty Truck Assembly Coatings Control Techniques Guidelines (CTG), under the Clean Air Act (CAA).
