EPA Proposes Approval of Rhode Island Air Quality Plan with Lower Sulfur Content Requirements

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a revised State Implementation Plan (SIP) submitted by the State of Rhode Island, which includes new regulations requiring lower sulfur content in petroleum-based fuels and removing outdated provisions.
