EPA Approves North Dakota State Implementation Plan Revisions to Meet Clean Air Act Requirements

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved revisions to North Dakota's State Implementation Plan (SIP) to demonstrate compliance with Clean Air Act (CAA) infrastructure requirements for ozone, lead, and nitrogen dioxide national ambient air quality standards (NAAQS) promulgated in 2008 and 2010.
