EPA Exempts Itaconix Corporation's Butanedioic Acid from Tolerance Requirements
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has granted an exemption to Itaconix Corporation's use of butanedioic acid, 2-methylene-, homopolymer, sodium salt as an inert ingredient in pesticide formulations, eliminating the need for a maximum permissible level on food or feed commodities.
