Southern California Regional Rail Authority Submits Positive Train Control Safety Plan for Federal Approval

The Southern California Regional Rail Authority (SCRRA) has submitted its Positive Train Control Safety Plan (PTCSP) for approval by the Federal Railroad Administration (FRA), which will enable the implementation of its Interoperable-Electronic Train Management System (I-ETMS) across its network.
