EPA Approves and Disapproves Alabama's 2008 Lead Implementation Plan

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized its approval and disapproval of Alabama's State Implementation Plan (SIP) for the 2008 Lead national ambient air quality standards, with the state's infrastructure SIP meeting most requirements except for PSD permitting and state board provisions.
