EPA Announces Annual Adjustment Factors for Excess Emissions Penalty under Acid Rain Program

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has issued a notice stating the annual adjustment factors for excess emissions penalties under the Acid Rain Program, which will be adjusted for 2015 and 2016 based on changes in the Consumer Price Index (CPI).
