EPA Approves Delaware's Low Emission Vehicle Program

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a revision to Delaware's State Implementation Plan (SIP) that adopts California's Low Emission Vehicle (LEV) Program, allowing the state to set emission standards for new vehicles sold in model year 2014 and later.
