EPA Approves Delaware's Low Emission Vehicle Program

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved the State of Delaware's Low Emission Vehicle (LEV) Program, which requires new vehicles to meet California emission standards, as part of the Federal State Implementation Plan.
