SEC Notice of Application from ARK ETF Trust, ARK Investment Management LLC, and Foreside Fund Services, LLC

ARK ETF Trust, ARK Investment Management LLC, and Foreside Fund Services, LLC have submitted a notice of application to the SEC requesting permission to issue shares of certain open-end management investment companies that can only be redeemed in large quantities, allow secondary market transactions at negotiated prices, and permit certain affiliated persons to engage in securities transactions. The applicants are seeking to expand their operations to include in-kind creations and redemptions of shares in a master-feeder structure.
