Millennium Challenge Corporation Publishes Compact with Republic of Liberia

The Millennium Challenge Corporation has published a summary of the Millennium Challenge Compact between the US and Liberia, following the signing of the documents on October 2, 2015, in accordance with the Millennium Challenge Act of 2003 and the Department of State Appropriations Act of 2015.
