FMCSA Receives 41 Applications for Exemptions from Diabetes Prohibition for Commercial Motor Vehicle Operators

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has announced the receipt of applications from 41 individuals seeking exemptions from the rule prohibiting individuals with insulin-treated diabetes mellitus (ITDM) from operating commercial motor vehicles (CMVs) in interstate commerce.
