FMCSA Exempts 45 Individuals from Vision Requirement for Commercial Motor Vehicle Drivers

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has granted exemptions to 45 individuals who are unable to meet the vision requirement in one eye, allowing them to operate commercial motor vehicles in interstate commerce without the prescribed vision requirement.
