US Department of Commerce Affirms Dumping of PET Resin from Oman, Postpones Final Decision

The US Department of Commerce has preliminarily determined that polyethylene terephthalate resin from Oman is being sold in the US at less than fair value, and has postponed its final decision until further notice.
