Certain Polyethylene Terephthalate Resin From Canada: Affirmative Preliminary Determination of Sales at Less Than Fair Value and Postponement of Final Determination

The US Department of Commerce has preliminarily determined that polyethylene terephthalate resin imported from Canada is being sold at less than fair value, and has postponed the final determination. The investigation period was from January 1, 2014, to December 31, 2014.
