EPA Grants Exemption for PolyDADMAC in Food Contact Surface Sanitizing Solutions

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has granted an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of PolyDADMAC, a disinfectant used in food contact surface sanitizing solutions, allowing it to be used at levels below 0.6% by weight in the final product.
