ODNI Exempts Two New Systems of Records from Privacy Act Provisions

The Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) has issued a final rule exempting two new systems of records from certain provisions of the Privacy Act, allowing for the collection and use of sensitive information without public oversight, and has also invoked exemptions for an existing system of records, citing national security concerns.
