EPA Proposes Revisions to New Mexico Air Quality Plan

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve revisions to the Albuquerque/Bernalillo County, New Mexico State Implementation Plan, which includes updates to the state board composition and conflict of interest provisions, pursuant to sections 110 and 128 of the Clean Air Act (CAA).
