EPA Approves Revisions to New Mexico Air Quality Plan

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved revisions to the Albuquerque/Bernalillo County, New Mexico State Implementation Plan (SIP), which include updates to the state board and conflict of interest provisions, following a review under the Clean Air Act (CAA) section 110.
