EPA Proposes Approval of Michigan's Air Quality Plan for PM 2.5 and Lead NAAQS

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve elements of Michigan's state implementation plan submissions, which address the state's requirements for meeting the 2006 fine particulate matter (PM 2.5) and 2008 lead National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS) under the Clean Air Act (CAA).
