NASA Proposes Changes to Regulations for International Space Station Crew Members and Spaceflight Participation

NASA is proposing changes to its regulations regarding International Space Station crew members, spaceflight participation, and the authority of the NASA Commander, as part of its retrospective review plan initiated by Executive Order 13563 in August 2011.
