NIST Requests Comments on Digital Signature Standard FIPS 186-4

The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) is seeking public comments on the Digital Signature Standard FIPS 186-4, which has been in effect since July 2013, focusing on the recommended elliptic curves specified in Appendix D.
