Postal Regulatory Commission Noticing Postal Service Filing for Proposed Change to Periodic Reports

The Postal Regulatory Commission is taking notice of a recent filing by the Postal Service requesting the Commission to initiate an informal rulemaking proceeding to consider a proposed change to analytical principles relating to periodic reports, also known as Proposal Eleven. The Commission is inviting public comment on this proposal.
