NASA to Grant Partially Exclusive License for ADS-B System

NASA is issuing a notice of intent to grant a partially exclusive license for its Automatic Dependent Surveillance Broadcast (ADS-B) System For Ownship and Traffic Situational Awareness to Vigilant Aerospace Systems Inc., in accordance with US patent laws.
