BATS Exchange, Inc. Filing Proposed Rule Change on Gifts and Gratuities for Employees

BATS Exchange, Inc. has filed a proposed rule change with the Self-Regulatory Organizations to amend Rule 3.22 regarding gifts and gratuities in relation to the business of the employer of the recipient, and to rename the rule to 'Influencing or Rewarding Employees of Others'. The proposed rule change will take effect immediately.
